Return Policy and Procedure
TPMS24/7 offers quality products to help fill our customers’ needs. We supply products to meet the demands of the professional and DYI automotive customer. Our comprehensive product offering, combined with an extensive knowledge of the TPMS category sets us apart from the competition. We stand by our products and our customers. It is our policy to make sure our customers receive the best products and services we can offer.
In the event it becomes necessary to return any TPMS24/7 product, the customer is required to receive prior written authorization from the offices of TPMS24/7. Authorization will be issued by TPMS24/7 in the form of an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Said authorization must accompany product returned to TPMS24/7. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the shipping party unless previously stated by TPMS24/7. Once received, returned merchandise will be examined and tested by TPMS24/7 before making any determination for credit.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
