TPMS 24/7 – Limited Warranty

TPMS 24/7 warrants that the sensor sold on the tpms247.com site shall be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) Months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, after the sale of the product. In the event that within the warranty period TPMS 24/7 confirms that a product is defective, TPMS 24/7 will replace the product at no cost to the customer.

If it is determined that the product has been subject to accident, misuse or abuse, this warranty and the limited obligations hereunder will be void. This is the sole and exclusive warranty and liability to the customer. TPMS 24/7 expressly disclaims any other warranty including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose other implied or expressed warranties. Under no circumstances shall TPMS 24/7 be liable for any other amounts including labor charges for installation or reinstallation of product nor shall TPMS 24/7 be liable under any theory for any other damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential and incidental damages.
